Janusz Chyra
President of the Management Board
Janusz Chyra (President of the Management Board) is a graduate of Accounting at the Academy of Economics (currently University of Economics) of K. Adamiecki in Katowice. In the years 1992–1994 academic teacher at the Accounting Department.
He began his professional career in an audit company in 1990, co-creating one of the largest audit company in Silesia, in which he served as a Member of the Management Board in the years 1999–2006.
Certified Auditor since 2002. In his career he participated in auditing financial statements of several hundred entities, participated in divisions and mergers of companies, valuations of companies (enterprises) and similar issues.
Since 2006, he has been the President of the Management Board Audytorzy i Doradcy Spółka z o.o. [Ltd.] while actively pursuing the profession of a statutory auditor for many business entities. He is also the Financial Director and a member of the Supervisory Board in large transport companies.
Ewa Chyra
Office Director / Authorised Agent
Ewa Chyra (Office Director/Authorised Agent) is a graduate of Econometrics and Statistics at the Academy of Economics (currently the University of Economics) of K. Adamiecki in Katowice. In 2006, she supplemented her knowledge by completing post-graduate studies in accountancy. In the years 1993–2002 she worked as an academic teacher at the Department of Economics of that University.
She started her professional career in an auditing company in 2000, starting work in one of the largest audit company in Silesia, in the department of bookkeeping services.Since 2006, he has been the Authorised Agent and the Director of the Audytorzy i Doradcy Spółka z o.o. [Ltd.], co-participating in the management of the Company and the implementation of services provided by the Company on an ongoing basis.
Statutory auditors, consultants and other specialists
A group of statutory auditors, tax advisers, apprentices, assistants and other specialists cooperate with the Audytorzy i Doradcy Spółka z o.o. [Ltd.].
Employees of the Accounting Service Department
It is a team of educated and experienced, open to new challenges people who also speak English. These people usually graduated from economic universities in the field of accounting and apart from substantive knowledge, are characterized by ease of communication and a friendly approach towards our clients.
The Accounting Service Department is organized into teams dealing with individual clients. In each team there is a team leader and people working under his leadership and direct supervision.
Additional supervision over the entire work of the Accounting Service Department is exercised by its Manager, who has extensive and many years of professional experience, who is also a Statutory Auditor.
